Tracked and insured shipping is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.  We ship Internationally by either express courier or registered mail from the EU. Orders are processed and sent within 3 - 5 working days and a tracking number is provided.

Taxes/Duty: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and processing fees specific to the buyer's country. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any items returned to us because of a refusal to pay import taxes upon delivery will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping the order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding the cost of shipping) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All returned  items must be in new UNWORN condition,  and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the unwanted item.
